A special program from NBC affiliate KGW 8 in Portland, Oregon aired on the 10th anniversary of Mount St. Helens' 1980 eruption.
Included are interviews with scientists, survivors, and those affected by the eruption as well as the reconstruction of Washington State Highway 504 back into the lateral blast zone.
