1) Wide Grip Lat Pulldown - 5 sets x 10 reps (*2 warm up sets)
2) Straight Bar Pulldown - 3 sets x 10-12 reps
3) "STRICT" Barbell Rows - 4 sets x 10 reps (3rd set do a drop set)
4) Seated Cable Row With Rope - 3 sets x 8-12 reps + Drop Set
5) Standing Straight Arm Pushdown - 3 sets x 10-15 reps
6) Incline Dumbbell Upright Row - 3 sets x 10-12 reps

6) Incline Dumbbell Reverse Fly - 3 sets x 10-12 reps
7) Seated Dumbbell Shrug - 3 sets x 12-15 reps (UP AND BACK!!!)
