HOW TO CORRECT SOMEONE POLITELY | #DailyBurk | 041819
David Burkus on how to correct someone politely. You know they were wrong and that you need to correct them, but you need to know when and how to correct politely. First, don't correct in public. Pull them aside and correct in private. Second, only correct facts...don't correct opinions. Facts are either true or false, but personal opinions or interpretations are up for debate...and the goal isn't to have a debate...it's to change the record.
