The people of California assembled enough signatures to propose a ballot initiative to put a check on state lawmakers’ ability to raise taxes.
The governor then SUED and his appointed state Supreme Court sided with him.
This is a blatant attempt to undermine the will of the voters and their right to propose change in the state via ballot initiatives.
