I used to ask myself this. ⁣

And I used to think if I had a team, all my music/business issues would be solved. ⁣

That was a lie. ⁣
⁣
You don’t need a team until you are making money. ⁣
⁣
Once you’re making money, you’ll know what you need help with. ⁣
⁣
And that’s what you hire people for. ⁣
⁣
You don’t need a manager. ⁣
⁣
You need an intern who you can help mold and guide about your business. ⁣
⁣
No one is going to save you in risk business. ⁣
⁣
You aren’t playing the lottery. ⁣
⁣
You have to work hard to get to the next spot. ⁣
⁣
You have to work hard to get a bigger paycheck. ⁣
⁣
And you gotta figure all of this out on your own. ⁣
⁣
That handout mentality ain’t going to help you with nothing. ⁣
⁣

⁣
No reason your music shouldn’t be on all platforms. ⁣
⁣
Figure out how to do this on your own. ⁣
⁣
Or you don’t deserve to get paid. ⁣
⁣
