In this episode, Dr. Bowring, ND explains how to get rid of canker sores quickly and of course, naturally. Canker sores are the annoying little white ulcers that form on the inside of the mouth. The causes include MSG, the food colouring tartrazine in yellow/orange foods like candies, soda pop and sugary foods. Chronic mouth ulcers need to be checked by your doctor, but if it is in fact canker sores there are great natural ways to treat them. If you have a B12 deficiency, this is a common cause for canker sores. You can use vinegar, or apple cider vinegar on the canker sore to heal it quickly. Dab the vinegar on the canker sore 2-3 times per day and it will be gone within a day or so.
