The FOCUS! Method is a favourite among executives and leaders that often deliver complex thoughts, ideas, and plans that need to be disseminate throughout an organization. Participants will learn how to quickly and effectively communicate and present in a way that is designed to be heard, remembered, and persuasive. FOCUS! is a method for both introverts and extroverts to essentially “say less, and say it better” and “think on their feet”. This method can be extremely useful for meetings, impromptu talks and presentations, Q&A’s, and even over the phone. Participants will get a chance to create their own Focus Method presentation using current topics or issues and practice delivering them to other participants during the workshop and receive coaching from the workshop coach.
