Ingredients

400g mutton steaks
4 tbsp vegetable oil
2 medium size finely chopped onions
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder( Heaped )
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 inch chopped ginger
8-10 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp coriander seeds
150g yogurt


Hot Spices

3-4 sticks of coconut ( 1 tbsp of powder form )
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1 black cardamom
6-7 cloves
1 inch of cinnamon stick
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1 bay leaf
