In this video I cover how to winterize a 2 stroke Mercury Optimax 115, 135 or 150 hp Outboard Motor. The biggest challenge with the Optimax is removing and re-installing the plugs so you can add oil directly to the cylinders.
I follow the Mercury instruction explicitly and go through winterizing my Optimax as well as adding a few 100 hour maintenance items.
Note - The Denso Plug # in the video is incorrect, the correct Denso number is Denso PKJ16CR-11
