4) fresh turmeric little bit (to get best color of curry)
5) fresh lemon grass little bit
6) 7-8 pieces of soaked red chilli
7) 1tbs curry powder
8) salt little bit
9) 1 tbs cumin powder
10) 1tbs coriander powder
11) 1 tbs red chilli powder
12) 1/3 tbs turmeric powder
13) 3 tbs cooking oil

3) 9-10 dry or fresh curry leaves
4) 1/2 tbs sugar

7) 1/2 red bell papper
8) 1/2 green capsicum
9) 3-4 piece of baby corn
10) little broccoli
11) little mashroom
12) 200ml water
13) salt as per taste
14) 3 medium size tomatoes
