Hey to all the new visitors and the fabulous Ya Oui Squad.
Today, I visit a fabulous restaurant called Hide. I have always loved and appreciated Ollie Dabbous's style of food and his great attention to detail. I worked at Dabbous back in 2012 as an agency chef whilst in between jobs and I highly respected what he had achieved back then considering how small the site really was 👏👏👏👏.
Today, 9 years later, I walked into this huge restaurant with 3 floors and was slightly overwhelmed by how much character and detail that has gone into this restaurant and all I could think of even before eating was 2 things:
1) Ollie Dabbous bloody deserves it.
2) This food we are about to eat is going to be special 🙏❤
