NEMESIS CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM
INGREDIENTS:
- Two Ghost Pepper and 2 Carolina Reaper Pepper! As many you like!
- Nemesis Chocolate Bar (Two Bars or more)
- 4 pasture-raised eggs
- 4 egg yolks (in addition to the whole eggs)
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 7 tablespoons grass-fed butter, melted
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (thick)
- 6 tablespoons MCT oil
- I cup of Cacao Powder or Protein Powder
- 3.5 tablespoons, or more to taste Monk Fruit
- 2 teaspoons vanilla powder or Liquid
- 1 or 2 teaspoons cinnamon
