🇫🇷 La lutte a fait rage entre les BMW 3.0 CSL et les Ford Capri RS 3100 lors des 60 minutes de course de l’Heritage Touring Cup ! Et si Maxime Guenat semblait en mesure de venir à bout des bavaroises, tout se compliquait lors du retour au stand du pilote suisse, qui se retrouvait en panne de frein ! Plus de peur que de mal néanmoins. La voie était donc libre pour Michael Kammermann et Sebastian Glaser, qui imposaient leur 3.0 CSL en résistant au retour du journaliste-pilote Patrick Simon, qui avait relayé Franz Wunderlich sur la BMW 3.0 CSL #138 ! Yves Scemama et Armand Mille limitaient la casse dans le clan des Capri, se classant 3ème et 4ème, devant une autre 3.0 CSL, celle d’Emile et Olivier Breittmayer. Jean-Lou Rihon et Nick Padmore imposaient leur BMW 635 CSi en Groupe A, tandis que Peter Joos faisait de mêmeavec sa Ford Falcon Sprint en TC1.
🇬🇧 There was a no-holds-barred scrap between the BMW 3.0 CSLs and the Ford Capri RS 3100s during the 60 minutes of the Heritage Touring Cup race! Although it looked as if Maxime Guenat had the right weapon to overcome the Bavarian cars, the Swiss driver ran into trouble and had to return to his pit because of brake failure! Luckily, it was just a scare! This left the way clear for Michael Kammermann and Sebastian Glaser who emerged on top in their 3.0 CSL, but they had to fend off the comeback of journalist-driver Patrick Simon who had relayed Franz Wunderlich in the #138 BMW 3.0 CSL! Yves Scemama and Armand Mille limited the damage in the Capri camp by finishing third and fourth ahead of another 3.0 CSL driven by Emile and Olivier Breittmayer. Jean-Lou Rihon and Nick Padmore clinched the win in Group A in their BMW 635 CSi, while Peter Joos did the same with his Ford Falcon Sprint in TC1.
