This is the story of Tafeswork Belayneh, or “Tafe” as she is known locally, and her highly rated restaurant Zeret Kitchen, which is named after her hometown in Ethiopia. Tafe brings her mother’s recipes to London and introduces the world to her culture, one of the most ancient cultures of all!
