For Buttermilk
220 ml Full Cream Milk
2 pcs Fresh Calamansi Juice
(you can use 1 tsp lemon juice)
Cake Batter
120g All Purpose Flour
6 tbsp Hershey's Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
50 ml Vegetable Oil
Chocolate Ganache
150g Semi Sweet Chocolate
1/4 c Milk
1 tbsp Light Corn Syrup
