Note: You will need to be carrying Galbadia's rules with Open (or any other region) before attempting to abolish the Random and Elemental rule in Dollet. This trick is exploiting FFVIII's RNG, so it should work 100% of the time.

Note 2: The abolishing trick only works if the Queen of Cards is in Dollet. There are alternative ways to do it if QoC is not in Dollet though.
