I had troubles doing this and so when I found out I figured I would make it easier for you:) Use Remote Play if you are just playing with a friend because the performance will be a little better, and use Parsec to play with random people.
P.S. If you host a Parsec lobby your performance will be better and your opponents will be a bit shittier.
