Conditioned emotional responses can be very helpful to change how dogs feel about anything. Emotional responses can be positive, neutral or negative depending on the associations that have been established. This video explains how emotional responses work and how we can teach our dogs to feel better when in the presence of something that in the past might have scared them. It also explains why dog body language is so important and the intertwined relationship between classical conditioning and operant conditioning.
