Caramelized Apple and Camembert Tortilla - Spanish Omelette
Ingredients:
3 medium potatoes
3 small apples
1 onion
150 grams of camembert
butter 2 tbsp
olive oil 4 tbsp
4 large eggs
Wash and peel the vegetables and fruits.
Cut the potatoes and onion into thin slices. Fry the potatoes with onion in olive oil until golden and soft. Transfer to a plate.
Finely chop the apples and caramelize them until soft and golden in butter. Transfer to a plate.
Beat the eggs in a bowl (salt and pepper to taste), add to the beaten eggs the fried potatoes, the caramelized apples and the Camembert cut into pieces. Mix everything gently.
Put in a preheated frying pan (it is better to use a double frying pan), fry on low heat for 10 minutes on one side, turn over and fry for another 10 minutes on the other side.
Put on a plate, cool a little and cut into small pieces!
