Hera's Punishment - Greek Mythology:
The Olympian goddess of marriage and Zeus's wife, Hera, is also known as the ruler of Mount Olympus. She is the deity most closely linked to the wellbeing of the family, women, and children as a result. But because Zeus had multiple relationships, their marriage was sad. Hera made sure to treat each of his consorts harshly out of resentment and vengeance.
Zeus was violent and inhumane toward everyone. Hera, unable to take it anymore, collaborated with Poseidon, Athena, and perhaps a few other gods to devise a plan of retaliation. They chained Zeus to his bed, stole his thunderbolt, and drugged him. However, Thetis called Briareus, who quickly untied Zeus. Zeus then turned merciless on the scheme's major perpetrator, hanging Hera from the sky with golden chains.
Hera vowed never to rebel against her husband once more in order to give herself a release. She became a jealous and vengeful wife as a result of directing her rage towards Zeus's lovers and their children.
