Could you take 5 minutes off of your Marathon time or 30 seconds from your 5km PB JUST by putting on better running shoes? Yes. I think you can. But I want to prove it...

I tested 4 of the top brands "supershoes" against one of their middle of the range shoes that didn't have a carbon plate. Could I find anything that would tell me i'd be faster in the pricier shoe? Something to justify the purchase! I would say the results were pretty conclusive...
