A liquid filler for this type of line typically has 4, 6, 8 or 12 valves for production rates of 25 BPM to 100 BPM.
A high volume bottle line typically consists of the same core structure as the standard bottle line – however with larger and faster producing machinery.
Such as a 18, 26, 4, or 72 valve filler. Which in turn is capable of running anywhere between 300 BPM up to 1500 BPM.
A high volume bottle line also typically includes additional machinery units for more automation.
Such as a bottle unscrambler, bottle washer, etc.
