A SHOCKING video captures the moment an evacuated New Jersey home was reduced to charred splinters in a massive fireball blast early Thursday - as Hurricane Ida’s “historic” flooding and twisters overnight upped the death toll rose to 41 people.

Grainy black-and-white surveillance footage taken from a camera situated across the street from the River Road home in Rahway shows the structure set alight at around 5:45am.
