Today's Recipe is a recipe I myself am trying for the very first time...from my Mom's recipe book..
I might have eaten it in my childhood ,but don't really recall having it...lol.
So I made it today and was so eager to share this traditional Goan recipe with you...I love it and am sure ,you are too.It's a take on poached eggs in a gravy..the best part is the oozing yolk...for those of you ,who love a sunny side up egg with the runny yolk..this is going to be a treat for you..
I hope as always that you will try out this recipe...I do everytime..because some of these recipes are real treasures and unless you give it a try,you will not be able to say whether this is one of your favourite curries or no...also very few ingredients and gets ready real quick..
