Peći na 180 C / 356 F stepeni 20-230 minuta u već ugrijanoj rerni.
Krema:
1 l mlijeka
Pola čaše šećera (čaša od 200ml)
1 čaša griza (čaša od 200ml)
Stalno miješati na laganoj vatri kada zakuha, kuhati još 1-2 minute uz stalno miješanje.
U kremu dodati 1 čašu meda (čaša od 200ml).
Preliti kremu preko kolača.
Med posuti po vrhu ako želite.
Posuti kolač kokosovim brašnom.
Ostaviti kolač u frižider oko 2 sata najmanje.

Bake at 180 C / 356 F degrees for 20-230 minutes in a preheated oven
Cream:
1 l of milk
Half a glass of sugar (200ml glass)
1 glass of semolina (200ml glass)
Stir constantly on low heat, when it boils, cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add 1 glass of honey to the cream (200ml glass).
Pour the cream over the cake.
Drizzle honey on top if desired.
Sprinkle the cake with coconut flour.
Leave the cake in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
