I’m gonna post up some hillbilly workout videos to help people at home make sure they are taking care of their health without a gym. The first one is kettlebells... I’m gonna swing a 135lb Kettlebell for 25 reps in a set. I don’t have one that heavy, so my 124lb @roguefitness bell has been hillbilly modified. I figured some people might have one kettlebell sitting in the corner and they might need to adjust its weight for different exercises. I’m gonna post up more videos with some no equipment body weight exercises and some things you can use instead of gym gear you might have laying around. If you are new to kettlebell swings, remember keep a tight core, flat back, and don’t swing with your arms... use your butt and hamstrings. Enjoy!
