Pizza Dough Recipe:

- 2 lbs flour
- 1 tsp yeast
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 18 fl oz lukewarm water

Mix the ingredients together, knead until a soft dough forms, and let sit covered for 60 minutes.

1. Sesame Seed Blossoms

You'll Need:

- pizza dough
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 egg

Here's How:

1.1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Take a small amount of pizza dough, roll the piece in your hand, place it on a flat working surface, and push a glass into the center.

1.2 Make 12 even incisions in the dough around the glass.

1.3 Remove the glass and squeeze every 2 petals together to make a flower.

1.4 Place the flowers on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the flowers.

1.5 Sprinkle black sesame seeds in the middle and white sesame seeds on the petals. Bake for 12 minutes.

2. Sausage & Cheese Pockets

You'll Need:

- pizza dough
- 4 sausages
- 4 slices of cheese
- 1 egg

Here's How:

2.1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Roll a large portion of the pizza dough out into a circle on a floured work surface and cut it into quarters.

2.2 Make 6 incisions, as shown in the video, in each dough quarter.

2.3 Place some sausage in the center of each dough quarter.

2.4 Top each line of sausage with some cheese, fold the corners of the dough over the cheese so that they slightly overlap, and lightly seal the dough.

2.5 Beat the egg, brush it over the sausage & cheese pockets, and bake the pastries for 12 minutes on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.

3. Cinnamon Sugar Knots

You'll Need:

- pizza dough
- 3 oz melted butter
- 3 oz sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
- 1 egg

Here's How:

3.1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Roll the pizza dough out into a rectangle and coat it with melted butter.

3.2 Mix the cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle the mixture over the the dough.

3.3 Spread the hazelnuts over the dough.

3.4 Fold up the dough as shown in the video.

3.5 Cut the roll into even pieces.

3.6 Twist each piece.

3.7 And then fold it into a knot, as shown in the video. Place the knots on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.

3.8 Beat the egg, brush it over each knot, and bake the doughy sweet treats for 10 minutes.
