S-shaped or double scoliotic curve is one where the spine bends in different sections. For instance, the thoracic and lumbar segments of the spine.
S-shaped or double scoliosis has two parts : an upper part & a lower part - bending in opposite directions.
This exercise is focusing on correcting each curved & rotated spine with stretching the concave side in sitting position. Just prepare 2 things pillow and chair with no armrest.
