In this video I cover a recent letter sent by the ATF to Texas gun stores and FFLs in regards the Suppressor Freedom Bill HB 957. In the letter the ATF tells Texas stores and individuals that they still consider suppressors and silencers as regulated under federal law despite the new Texas law.
