In this slightly scattered episode, we finally get an enchantment table installed, chop down an ancient tree, dig out a mine shaft and explore the caves that we uncover! Plus, I blather on about other possible projects!
I’ve come to the realization that the mod packs that I enjoy most in Minecraft are the ones linked with exploration and creativity and less focused on technology or magic. This is why Renaissance is the perfect fit for me.
From Phedran’s page – “Renaissance - a renewal of life, vigor, interest, etc.; rebirth; revival: a moral renaissance.....the activity, spirit, or time of a great revival......reactivation, rebirth, renascence, renewal, resurgence, resurrection, resuscitation, revitalization, revival, revivification. With Life in the Woods Renaissance, it's not only a rebirth of the modpack into something fresh and new, but it also reflects the improvements I've made to my own life and wellbeing. Life in the Woods is still all about survival, exploration, and beauty, and there are new dangers to face, but the focus is now more than ever on creation, personal expression and discovery, and shaping the world around you, and now with multiplayer, while still holding true to your own ideals.”
