Hello and Welcome to my channel.

I'm preparing one of my families favourite meals, chicken dinner with fresh roasties, mash potatoes, vegetables, chicken, stuffing and baby sausages. I must admit it reminds me of Christmas time which is why I love it. We all have our favourite parts of it. My husband and eldest son love the roasties the most and can never have enough of them. In fact they would be happy with just a plate stacked with roasties, lol. My little kids love the baby sausages and no matter how many I make, there is just never enough.
