Canderous Ordo talks about the mandalorian wars after Revan joined the fight and started leading the republic forces. It's clear that canderous and perhaps all mandalorians have great respect for Revan. He calls him the single greatest warrior in republic history. He claims that if Revan had been a mandalorian, they would have been unstoppable.

Interesting theory. Revan leading an army mandalorians against the Sith empire that Revan eventually began trying to prepare the galaxy for; I think canderous may be correct. No power in the galaxy was strong enough at the time to combat such a deadly alliance.
