A brief training presentation on From Coverage to Care (C2C), a national initiative from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to help the newly insured understand their health care coverage, and use it to access the services that will help them live a long and healthy life. This presentation supports community partners, health care providers, individuals, volunteers, and others who are interested in learning more about From Coverage to Care or using the C2C resources to support their communities.
