Second day of heavy downpours and parts of London flood again, for a third time in a matter of just a few weeks and more rains to come and heavy rains falling all over the UK as well at this time. The northern hemisphere is seeing either extreme/exceptional flooding or severe heatwaves/wildfires this summer.
