HOW TO: Brush your Teeth in 6 Simple Steps
🦷 Place a pea sized amount of toothpaste on your toothbrush
🦷 Gently brush back and forth on the outer surfaces of your teeth
🦷 Continue brushing the inner surfaces and chewing surfaces of your teeth
🦷 Brush the inner surfaces of your front teeth by tilting your toothbrush vertically
🦷 Don't forget to brush your tongue!
🦷 Rinse and repeat
