Create a VMFS Datastores for the ESXi Host

1. Prepare

- DC1 : Domain Controller ; IP 10.0.0.1
- DC4 : vSphere client 6 ; IP 10.0.0.4
- vCenter1 : vCenter server 6 ; IP 10.0.0.101
- ESX1 : ESXi server 6 ; IP 10.0.0.221
- DC15 : iSCSI server ; IP 10.0.0.15

2. Step by step

- DC4 :

+ Mozilla Firefox - [ Ссылка ] - Log in to vSphere Web Client

- Enter username and password - Hosts and Clusters - vCenter1.pns.vn - DC - Right-Click 10.0.0.221

- Storage - New datastore... :

+ 1 Type : Select VMFS

+ 2 Name and device selection - Datastore name : DatastoreVMFS ; Select "MSFT iSCSI ..."

+ 3 Partition configuration - Datastore Size // custom

+ 4 Ready to complete - Finish
