In today's Europa Universalis IV video we will be checking out the Odd Empires mod, an overhaul mod for EU4 that changes everything from the map, to the cultures, to the religions.. everything! No Britian, no HRE, no Germany, just chaos. Some things will be recognizable, but it is basically a whole new game with a level of complexity and detail I have never seen!
