In this painting tutorial I'll show how to paint Elephants in acrylics. Painting realistic Elephant skin relies on layers and contrast. Without these two things the wrinkles will look flat and the painting won't have that realistic three dimensional feel. This tutorial is packed with tips and techniques for painting Elephants that can also be applied to Rhinos with the similar skin texture.
