What a sunny morning in Dumaguete City, take a look at the city streets, some establishments, the boulevard and of course, Silliman University before the province of Negros Oriental (which Dumaguete belongs to and is the capital city of the province) goes MECQ or Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine starting on June 16 to June 30, 2021. While I still have the opportunity to roam around the Downtown area in the city, I took some random shots on what’s going on in Dumaguete if ever there will be a change before and after implementing again the MECQ in the city. Hopefully I can manage to take another video around the city while we are still in a more strict community quarantine.
