Thirteen-year-old child is denied blood testing services at Quest Diagnostics in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania based on a Google review written by one of her parents. The staff there refused to administer blood tests on December 14th based on a 1-star review written by her mother detailing organizational failings of this location of Quest Diagnostics. These failings included HIPAA violations, losing blood test orders that were faxed and confirmed by a doctor's office, and generally unprofessional conduct. The corporate office was given 4 days to respond to complaints made regarding this experience, but they did nothing. a response to be an email or phone was expected after two contacts were made, but to no avail.
