Build Suggestion:

I know the video has us running Pariah Body pieces and Wretched Vitality weapons and jewelry. A more cost-effective route could be flipping the order of what I have done. Therefor running Wretched Vitality body pieces in HEAVY and Pariah weapons and jewelry. I think your coin purse will thank you.
