Decades Remixed - Had someone like the tune, except instruments on track 6 and 7, so as an experiment I replaced those. Off course there is a billion sounds that could be put on those tracks, and although I like this version, it to me no longer sound so 80's like, more like 90's now! Check out the original version and see which you like best! Please let me know if you like it, and I very much welcome constructive feedback!
Check out my other videos of electronic synthesizer music compositions ranging in genres such as Ambient, Electronica, Dance, Trance, DrumBass, and New Age. Compositions so far are; Mars Befall, Venus Dawn, Mercury Heat, Neptune Dusk, Pluto's Ambition, Uranus Night, Mother Earth, Jupiter Swirls, Get Up and Dance, DrumDaBass, Let's Trance, Nebula Dream, Synthesizer Blues, Electro Arp, Lightspeed Trance, Cosmic Gate, Buttered Popcorn, Unfolding Universe, Neutron Star, Into Space, Another Chance, Galactic Journey, Ambient Radiance, Orbital Maneuver, Transition Trance, Arrival at Alpha Centauri, Outer Space, Artificial Gravity, Galaxy Void, High Spirit, Into the Sunset, Spirits of the Forest, Final Journey (A Tribute to Cancer deaths Bowie and Rickman), Trance Evolution, Mystery Cosmos, Geisha Girl, Lunar Orbit, Synthetic Polyester, Suburbia Dessert, Can't Wait For Spring, Everest Summit, Melancholy Monday, Reflections in Time, Broken Singularity, Escape Velocity, FTL Flight, Lost in Space, Parallel Universe, Helium I through Helium VIII, and Trance Eruption.
Bands and soloists that have have influenced my electronic taste in music the most; Tangerine Dream, Jean-Michel Jarre, Vangelis, Giorgio Moroder, Kraftwerk, Kitaro, Tomita, Klaus Schultze, and Klaus Doldinger (Constellation).
I love synthesizers and music composed using these. I especially love old analog vintage synthesizer that had myriads of knobs and sliders for instant sound feedback.
My current "Home Recording Studio" includes a Korg exM1R Rack Synthesizer, a Roland JD-990 Rack Synthesizer, a Korg Radias Rack Synthesizer, a Yamaha CS6x Synthesizer, a Kawai K5000S Synthesizer, and a Fostex 2016 16-Channel Rack Mixer. Also in my 8-year old son's room, for him to "play" with, are a Alesis Electronic Drum Set, a Korg DW-6000 Synthesizer, and a Novation Minonova Synthesizer.
I use Reaper Digital Recording Software v5, which is pretty awesome! I only used it for about three months. I have several virtual instruments, soft synths, VST and VSTi plugins, such as the Roland Jupiter 8, and the Yamaha CS-80.
Note I cannot play music, using any instrument, in real-time off a note sheet. I can slooowly work my way through, but at the time I am done, the cows have already gone home! The way I make music, is to play off ear. I "play" around on the keyboard, and when I find something I like, and which fits the type of composition I am trying to reach, I slowly, one by one, put the notes up in Reaper using the MIDI Editor, one track at a time, only sometimes do I actually record in real-time into Reaper from one of my MIDI keyboards.
