rumors were swirling that General Motors (GM) had plans to introduce the Corvette as a sub-brand in 2025, with two remarkable vehicles under the Corvette nameplate, a four-door coupe, and an SUV. However, no official confirmation has surfaced yet. What we do know is that the star of the show is the 2025 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1, set to make its debut for the 2025 model year.
Now, the 2025 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 is no ordinary car. It's super powerful and more than capable of going head-to-head with some of the world's most prestigious brands, like Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, and others that typically exist in a much higher price range.
But it doesn't stop there. The 2025 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 faces competition not only from the Porsche and other established names but also from the Audi R8, which is scheduled to be discontinued after 2023, and the limited-production 2023 BMW M4 CSL.
While Chevrolet hasn't released official pricing details, we're expecting the 2025 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 to start at around $150,000. And for those who want to take things to the next level, Chevy might offer optional feature bundles, including the Jake C8.R Graphics Package and the Z07-style track package, both of which are currently available for the Z06.
