CRACK BURGERS RECIPE
1 lb 80/20 ground beef
3 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp ranch dressing mix (powder)
1/3 cup cooked bacon crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, and form approx. 1/3 lb burger patties. Bring griddle to medium heat, place each patty on the griddle and cook on 1st side for about 4 minutes (you will see the sides browing, cook until the you can see the browning about half way up the side of the patty). Flip the burger and cook for about 2 more minutes. After two minutes, place cheese of choice on the burgers and cook an additional 2 minutes. Pull and place on bun. *Toppings optional (we used bacon and mayo, but ranch is another popular option!)
