Instant green chili and garlic pickle recipe by cooking with Sahar Alyas
#Ingredients
Green chillies
Garlic
Cumin seeds
Tumeric powder
Salt
Ginger garlic paste
Fennel seeds
Vinegar
Mustard seeds
Fenugreek seeds
#Directions
*1st step*
- Cut green chillies from middle
- take a bowl put green chillies and garlic in it. Add salt in it. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
*2nd step*
Grind cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, fennel seeds and sugar in grinder to make fine powder.
*3rd step*
Take a bowl put vinegar in it, add tumeric powder, ginger garlic paste and grinded powder in it.
*4th step*
Take a pot with oil in it add green chillies and garlic. Fry it for 10 minutes.
- add vinegar and mixture in it. Let it cook until oil is separated.
- store in a clean bottle
now it's ready to yummy pickle 😋😋😋
