This Keto bread recipe is the best I have ever had and to me it is the perfect replacement for bread. It actually tastes like bread and holds really well. It is so good I had to share it with you.
The one thing most people miss on a low carb/keto diet is bread. A lot of low carb bread recipes just taste like cake, this actually tastes of bread. It is very flexible too so will not fall apart in your hands. Great for burgers or sandwiches. I think this is the closest you will get to bread without actually having bread.
This recipe has ZERO net carbs. Yes, you read right, ZERO! The reason being it is so high in fibre, the carbs are cancelled out.
It is also a very easy recipe to make that requires just a few ingredients.

RECIPE
290ml of boiling water
120g ground almonds - [ Ссылка ]
3 egg whites
5 Tbsp (35g) Psyllium Husk - [ Ссылка ]
2 Tsp Baking Powder - [ Ссылка ]
2 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar - [ Ссылка ]
1 Tsp of salt

METHOD
Preheat oven at 170C (338F). Mix together all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Boil water and let cool down for 1 minute. Add the egg whites and ACV to the dry ingredients and mix in well. Then add the boiling water and mix in until you have a sticky dough formed. Line a baking tray with non stick parchment paper, you do not need oil as you have the fat from the almonds. Spoon out into 6 even rolls, adjust them with your hands if necessary. I topped with dried oregano but you can top with poppy seeds, nigella seeds or sesame seeds Bake in oven for 40-60 mins until golden brown! Remember to eyeball to make sure you do not burn it.
