Views: As a youtube partner you are getting paid based on your views,
so more views=more money

AD-Block: If you are watching a video through Ad-Block the youtuber wont receive any money for that view :P

I might set up a paypal donation site in the future ---obvious :P



For the most part supporting a youtuber is a win-win situation ;)
of course it is up to the individual to decide what kind of support is ok with him ;)
