This is a comparison of different Li-ion Battery setups. We look at 4s, 5s and 6s packs, in both 1P and 2P configurations to determine which setups work best for which flight situations. The comparison is done with DIY Batteries made from Molicel P42a cells, with long-range tests of 4S2P and 6S2P Li-Ion Packs.
We cover various a lot of information and I hope its helpful and informative to those using and looking to use Li-ion cell to increase range and flight time.
I'll be testing some lighter weight 18650 packs next, as well as comparing a bunch of different props on the Chimera 7, so stay tuned!
