Evil King Hiranyakashipu is eager for his son Prahlad to follow in his footsteps. But Prahlad has no interest in demoniac affairs and instead converts his classmates to worship Krishna. Enraged, the king attempts to torture his son into submission. Prahlad is gloriously rescued by Nrisimhadeva, the half-man, half-lion incarnation of the Lord.
