About me and STP
Shattered the Podcast (STP) is a weekly podcast that focuses on the lived experience of people with mental illness.
The goal of STP is to normalise the conversations around mental illness and to assure people that life after/through mental illness is possible.

In 2006, after 18 years working with people with disabilities, a series of assaults in the workplace caused Mark to suffer a breakdown and be diagnosed with CPTSD. Years into his recovery Mark shifted careers to Broadcasting. He worked as a professional radio presenter for 5 years.
In that time, he interviewed over 500, world renowned celebrities, musicians, politicians, activists and public figures.
For the last 2 years Mark has written, produced and hosted STP Shattered the Podcast. His book, Shattered the Book was also published in 2022.
